Auron brings more than 20 years of experience as multidisciplinary entrepreneur and development consultant. He is the Founder and CEO of IDRA, one of the leading market research & development consulting companies in Albania with operations in Balkan region, and a co-founder of several other companies in Albania, Kosovo and Vietnam.   He has vastly contributed as a team leader, coordinator, assessor, and analyst for many development consulting projects in Albania, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Vietnam on behalf of institutional and private clients such as USAID, World Bank, IFC UNDP, UNICEF, EBRD, EU Commission, Vodafone, Albtelecom, Coca-Cola, Raiffeisen Bank, Henkel etc.

Auron has contributed to several approved governmental strategies – Social and Economic Development Strategy of Albania, Anti-Corruption Strategy of Albanian Government, several sectoral strategic concepts of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Tourism and Environment.
