Ermira Shyti has spent most of her professional life dealing with employment issues, in particular for young people. She has extensive experience in HR Development and Employment Services, Adult Training & Lifelong Learning and Quality Management. Since 2013 she works for RisiAlbania, a Swiss-funded youth employment project in Albania, as the team leader of Career Guidance, Intermediation, and Skills Development Outcomes. She has been at the forefront of developing inclusive public and private labour market services and skills development in particular in Tourism and ICT sectors, to increase the employability of young people in Albania.
